Our utilization of 3D printing enables us to fabricate a wide array of dental appliances and solutions, including dental models, custom whitening trays, occlusal splints, custom mouthguards, surgical guides for implant placement, and Digital Smile Design proposals.

The process begins with our advanced intra-oral scanner, which captures a detailed digital impression of the patient's mouth. This digital data is then augmented with digital photography and radiography, enhancing our diagnostic capabilities. Subsequently, this comprehensive dataset is imported into our sophisticated design software, where computer-aided design (CAD) technology is employed to meticulously craft custom appliances or facilitate Digital Smile Design concepts.

Once the designs are finalized, they are seamlessly transmitted to our in-house 3D printer, where they are precisely reproduced layer by layer. This streamlined process ensures rapid turnaround times and exceptional accuracy, allowing us to deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each patient with unparalleled efficiency and precision.
